First and foremost, thank you for shopping Gun Gear Warehouse. I started this business because of my passion for firearms, shooting sports, my love for this country and love for the constitution of the United States including the 2nd amendment. Also because of the lack of service from gun shops or retail shops in general, especially during covid-19.
The most important part of my business by far is customer service. It is very important to me that I have happy and satisfied customers while giving you what you want, at a reasonable price. I view my business as being in the service industry, not the firearms/retail industry. Customers are my priority. You may always reach me either by phone, or sending me an email. My staff and I work very hard to respond quickly. We also work hard to ship your items to you usually within 24 hours.
Because of the current economic conditions, Covid 19, and other states of affairs, anything firearm related is extremely hard to come by. Wait times are ridiculous while prices still remain high. I am doing the best I can to negotiate prices with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors to bring you the best product at the best possible prices. Just because firearm sales are high right now because of the current economic/pandemic climate, I will not sacrifice long-term success for short-term profits by price gouging. My favorite saying is "It is all about giving the people what they want!". As this business grows, I will invest all my resources into bringing in the best quality and variety of products at reasonable prices. My goal is to expand this business into your one-stop-shop for everything outdoors related.
I am very fortunate to have contacts within the firearm community and can find most things in a reasonable time frame.
