Retail Return Policy

 

ALL sales of Firearms and Ammunition are final.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Please inspect firearms before completing the transfer with your local FFL Dealer. Once the transfer has been completed we cannot accept returns. 

 

After purchasing a firearm, if you discover any issues or problems, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranty. We are happy to assist with a return to the manufacturer for warranty work/repair.  Customer is responsible for knowing State Laws regarding the purchase of any firearm, ammunition and tactical parts.  For anyone failing to comply with the law in purchasing a firearm, that item will NOT be shipped and a 10% restocking fee will apply.  

For non-firearm and non-ammunition item returns:  The return period is thirty (30) days for unused items and the item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt with original packaging.  Any and all returns will be handled at management’s discretion. Refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale. In the event the product is defective, please refer to the manufacturer warranty.

Purchasing a firearm from us?: When purchasing a firearm from us, after you have gone through the check-out process, please have your FFL Dealer (where you would like the firearm shipped to) email us a copy of their FFL to Sales@GunGearWarehouse.com. You will then get an email confirmation saying that we have received your dealer's license followed by a tracking number when your item ships. 

How fast will my item ship?: We ship most items within 24 hours. At most it will be shipped within 24-48 hours if your item is in stock. We will email you your tracking number.
