9mm AR Pistol FAQ
Is a 9mm AR pistol the same as a PCC?
PCC stands for pistol caliber carbine, which usually means a 16 inch barrel and a stock. A 9mm AR pistol is the short-barreled, stockless version of the same idea. For the carbine versions, see AR Rifles.
Do 5.56 AR parts fit a 9mm AR?
Grips, triggers and most furniture do. Bolts, buffers and magazines do not, because most 9mm ARs use a blowback or delayed blowback design that works differently from a 5.56 gun.
