Most in stock orders leave within 1 to 5 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a federal holiday start the next business day. A lot of our catalog ships straight from our distributor's warehouse, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one box and on different days. Each box gets its own tracking number. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $9.99. Orders of $100 or more ship free. The charge shows at checkout before you pay. We ship to street addresses in the United States. We cannot ship to PO boxes, to freight forwarders or outside the US. Tracking goes out by email as soon as the carrier picks the package up. If it has been longer than you expected, check your spam folder, then email us and we will resend it. You are responsible for knowing the federal, state and local laws where you live before you order. If you are not sure we can ship something to you, email us first. Firearms never ship to a home address. They go to a federally licensed dealer (an FFL) in your state of residence, where you fill out the paperwork, clear the background check and pick the gun up. Under federal law a stripped receiver or frame is the firearm, so it ships the same way. Choose your dealer at checkout. We ship once we have a copy of that dealer's license on file. If the dealer is new to us, ask them to email it to us with your order number so the order does not sit. Inspect your firearm, receiver, frame or suppressor at the dealer's counter before you fill out the transfer paperwork. Check that the serial number and model match your order and look it over for damage. If anything is wrong, tell the dealer before the transfer, have them hold it, and email us that day with photos. Once the transfer is complete, the sale is final and the item cannot come back to us. A defect found after that is handled through the manufacturer's warranty, as covered in our Return Policy. Carriers require handguns to travel on an overnight service, so a handgun usually costs more to ship than a long gun of the same weight. Any transfer fee your dealer charges is between you and them. Missouri residents can have an order sent to our counter in Oak Grove, see transfers. The full buying process is on how to buy a gun online. Suppressors ship to a dealer licensed to transfer NFA items, which means an FFL that also holds Special Occupational Tax (SOT) status. A standard FFL cannot receive one, so confirm your dealer's status before you order. As of October 9, 2026, ATF is not enforcing federal registration or approval for suppressors, so your dealer can finish the transfer with the same background check as any other gun. That is an enforcement policy, not a change in the law, and it can be reversed. Some states still require the old registration process under their own law, and your dealer will follow it. Ammunition travels by ground service only, because carriers will not fly it on standard services. It can take longer than the rest of an order and usually ships in its own box. Ground service does not reach Alaska or Hawaii, so we cannot ship ammunition there. We do not ship ammunition to California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York or Washington, DC. California and New York run a background check on every ammunition purchase, and the others require a state firearms license or ammunition permit that has to be verified before the sale. Other states and cities limit ammunition in their own ways, so check your local law before you order. Some states and cities cap magazine capacity or ban specific parts and accessories. We try to stop restricted items from shipping where they are banned. That check is not complete, and it does not replace your own. If an item cannot legally ship to you, we cancel it and refund it to your original payment method. Email us with your order number as soon as you know. If the package has not left yet we can usually catch it. Once it ships it has to be handled as a return under our Return Policy. If your package arrives damaged, contact the carrier directly to file a damage claim. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, damage in transit is between you and the carrier, and we are not able to replace or refund it. Photograph the box, the shipping label and the item, and keep all of the packaging until the claim is closed, because the carrier will ask for it. Email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Details are in our Return Policy. If tracking shows delivered and you cannot find the package, check with neighbors and around the property first. Then email us within 3 days. We open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund once the carrier confirms the loss. Check your address before you pay. We can change it only before the order ships. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we will reship it once the new shipping charge is paid, or refund the item less the original shipping.
