No rail? M-LOK and KeyMod handguards take a short Picatinny section, and stud-mount rifles can use a stud adapter.

Is Picatinny the same as Weaver?
They look alike, but Picatinny slots are a set width and spacing. Most Picatinny clamps fit Weaver rails, though not always the other way around.
Can I put a Picatinny bipod on M-LOK?
Yes, with a short M-LOK Picatinny rail section bolted to the handguard.
