Who we are

Gun Gear Warehouse is operated by Gun Gear Warehouse LLC ("we" or "us"), a federally licensed firearms dealer with a retail counter at 1404 S Broadway, Ste A, Oak Grove, Missouri 64075. "You" means anyone who visits the site, makes an account, places an order or posts content.

Agreeing to these terms

By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date at the bottom of this page changes, and using the site after that date means you accept the new version. An update never changes the terms of an order you already placed.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 to make an account, place an order or post content. Some items carry a higher age requirement under federal or state law, and how to buy a gun online covers those. We may ask for proof of age at any point and cancel an order that cannot be verified.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and if you think someone else has used it, email us right away. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Firearms, ammunition and regulated items

You are responsible for knowing and following the federal, state and local laws where you live, including limits on what you can own, magazine capacity and how ammunition can be shipped to you. We try to stop restricted items from shipping where they are banned. That check is not complete, and it does not replace your own.

Firearms, and serialized parts such as stripped receivers and frames, ship only to a federally licensed dealer, never to a home address. The full process is on how to buy a gun online and FFL info.

Placing an order means you are telling us you can legally buy and own the item, and that you are buying it for yourself or as a lawful gift. We can refuse or cancel any sale, including one we believe is a straw purchase, is for someone who cannot legally own it, or would break the law where it is going. A cancelled order is refunded to the original payment method.

Orders, prices and availability

Prices and stock change without notice. Your confirmation email means we received your order. We accept it when it ships or is ready for pickup.

If a price, listing or stock count turns out to be wrong, we can cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have been charged. We can also limit quantities on any item.

Specs and descriptions come from manufacturers and distributors. Check fitment against your own firearm before you rely on it, and expect packaging or finish to differ slightly from the photo.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. By paying you confirm you are authorized to use the card. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.

Shipping, returns and transfer fees

Our Shipping Policy and Return Policy are part of these terms. Any transfer fee your receiving dealer charges is between you and that dealer.

Safe use of what you buy

Firearms, ammunition and reloading components can kill or seriously injure people. Read the manufacturer's instructions, follow basic firearm safety, and store guns and ammunition where children and unauthorized people cannot reach them.

Descriptions, guides and reviews on this site are general information. They are no substitute for training or a gunsmith. Installing parts or modifying a firearm is at your own risk, and bad work can leave a gun unsafe or illegal to own.

Content on this site

The text, photos, graphics and design of this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. You can view and print pages for your own shopping. Copying them for any commercial use needs our written permission.

Things you may not do on the site

• Run bots or scrapers to copy prices, listings or content.
• Try to get into an account, system or data that is not yours.
• Upload malware or do anything meant to slow down or break the site.
• Place a fraudulent order or pay with a card you are not authorized to use.
• Use the site to break any law.

Links to other sites

We link to manufacturers and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products or how they handle your information.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

The site and everything on it are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Product warranties come from the manufacturer, and we will help you reach them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including damages that come from the misuse, modification or unlawful possession of a product. Our total liability on any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Some states do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms, broke the law or posted something on this site, you agree to cover our resulting losses and costs, including reasonable attorney fees.

Governing law

Missouri law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts serving Jackson County, Missouri, and you agree to those courts hearing it.

The rest of the fine print

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing a term right away does not mean we have given it up. These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site.

Community guidelines

If you submit a product review, rating, question or anything else to the site, keep it about the product and based on your own experience. We do not remove a review because it is negative. We do remove anything that includes:

• Instructions for illegal modifications, such as converting a firearm to fire automatically.
• Offers to buy, sell or trade with other users, or talk of getting around a background check.
• Threats, harassment or personal information about anyone.
• Spam, or reviews from anyone paid, given free product or connected to the brand, unless the review says so.

You keep ownership of what you post and give us a non-exclusive, royalty free, permanent license to show it on this site and in our marketing.
