5.56 or .223?
A 5.56 or 223 Wylde chamber fires both. A barrel marked .223 Remington only should be fed .223. Go by the marking on the barrel.
Do AR-15 and AR-10 parts interchange?
Mostly no. The AR-10 is a larger receiver set built around 308-length cartridges, so mags, bolts and many parts are different.
