Gun Sights FAQ
Tritium or fiber optic?
Tritium glows on its own in the dark and slowly dims over the years. Fiber optic gathers daylight and looks bright in the sun but goes dark at night. Many sets combine both.
Do I need suppressor height sights?
If you run a suppressor or a red dot on your pistol, taller sights let you see over it. Standard height sights sit below both.
Can I install sights myself?
Some are a few screws. Most pistol sights are dovetailed and need a sight pusher. If you do not have one, a gunsmith is the safe bet.
