Suppressor Pistons & Boosters

TL;DR: Pistons let a tilting barrel pistol cycle with a suppressor on it, and fixed barrel spacers lock the can solid on fixed barrel guns and carbines. Both are sold by barrel thread and by suppressor model, so you need to match both.

Suppressor Pistons & Boosters FAQ

Why does a pistol need a piston?

Most centerfire pistols have a barrel that tilts to unlock. The piston adds a spring-loaded push so the slide still cycles with the extra weight of the can.

When do I use a fixed barrel spacer?

On guns where the barrel does not move, like most pistol caliber carbines and some 22 pistols.

Will any piston fit my suppressor?

No. Pistons are made for specific suppressor families. Match the piston to your can and to your barrel thread.

Parts and accessories ship like other gear, but a few states restrict some muzzle devices. Check the rules where you live before you order. We cannot give legal advice. Questions go to gungearwarehousellc@gmail.com.
